We act in a confidential and professional manner when dealing with the clearing of a home after death. We will work closely with you to ensure everything is dealt with properly first time, with items of importance returned and sensitive information securely disposed of.
We are here to help deal with the process of clearing a deceased’s property. We offer detailed itemised valuation, transparent quote and invoicing and a prompt photo report of completed work, upholding your best interests.
We aim to handle the entire process professionally and discreetly. Nothing is too much trouble for us. In addition to the other properties we clear as set out in our About Us page, we will clear any domestic property, from a grand country home to a neglected and dirty hoarders retreat. Depending on your needs, we will carefully clear the whole property or just a few rooms. We will also pay you for any items that have a resalable value of £50 upwards – bringing the cost of your clearance down.
We will treat your property as if it were our own, carefully removing all furniture and effects. We will return to you any items you have not been able to locate if requested. We provide a totally transparent service, providing a photo record of our finished work so you have peace of mind that the property is left fully cleared and ready for occupation.
